Using Microsoft Outlook
Software Requirements
In order to access a hosted exchange mailbox with Microsoft Outlook you will require one of the following softwares to be installed on your computer.
Windows Users
- Microsoft Outlook 2003 with Service Pack 2
- Microsoft Outlook 2007
- Microsoft Outlook 2010 (Recommended)
Mac Users
- Microsoft Entourage 2008 for Mac with EWS Update Installed
- Microsoft Office 2012 for Mac (Recommended)
Setup Guides
If you are a brand new user and do not have any existing email data in Microsoft Outlook then you can commence setting up your email account in Outlook by referring to the following tutorial.
If you are currently using Microsoft Outlook, then you may have email, contacts & calendar information that you will want to migrate into your exchange mailbox. In this case please refer to the following articles to backup your Outlook, setup your new exchange profile in outlook and then import your email data.

Outlook Web Access does not require any special software to be installed and is secured by industry standard SSL encryption. Outlook Web Access is compatible with all browser platforms, but is optimised for Microsoft Internet Explorer.
