Introduction

Microsoft Exchange is a cloud based business email service which offers a many advantages over a regular email service. To find out more about the benefits of Microsoft Exchange email, please visit our Microsoft Exchange Hosting Service webpage.

Software Requirements

To access your Microsoft Exchange service you will require one of the following softwares to be installed on your computer. Additionally you can use Micro

Windows Users
  • Microsoft Outlook 2003 with Service Pack 2
  • Microsoft Outlook 2007
  • Microsoft Outlook 2010
  • Microsoft Outlook 2010 with Service Pack 1(Recommended)

Mac Users
  • iMail on MacOS version 10.6 or Above (Snow Leopard)
  • Microsoft Entourage 2008 for Mac with EWS Update Installed
  • Microsoft Office 2012 for MacOS (Recommended)

Outlook Web Access

Microsoft exchange also provides a web based interface for accessing email from any internet connected computer with a web browser.

NOTE: Outlook Web Access is compatible with all browser platforms, but is optimised for Microsoft Internet Explorer.

NOTE: On some mobile devices that do not have a settings field for the domain, you may need to specify the domain in the username field using the format EXCHANGE\username
